Executive Assistant

Our client, a real estate investment business, is seeking an Executive Assistant to support the President in New York, NY. The hours are 8/8:30am – 5/5:30pm with some flexibility as needed. This role is hybrid, 4 days in office and 1 day remote.

Responsibilities:
* Manage calendar and schedule/reschedule appointments
* Coordinate complex travel arrangements, meetings, and expense reports
* Monitor and manage correspondence and emails, synthesizing messages into professional communication
* Organize and prepare materials and logistics for meetings
* Handle confidential information with discretion and integrity
* Develop and maintain electronic filing systems
* Collaborate closely with other Executive Assistants and cross-functional teams

Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s degree required
* 5-7+ years of Executive Assistant experience, ideally in professional services (real estate, banking, trading floor experience a plus but not required)
* Strong organizational and time management skills with meticulous attention to detail
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
* Proactive problem solver with ability to anticipate needs and resolve issues
* Team-oriented, low-ego, and collaborative with strong interpersonal skills
* Tech-savvy with proficiency in Google Suite (especially Calendar and Slides); familiarity with PowerPoint a plus

Compensation/Benefits:
* Up to $130K base salary + paid overtime + bonus
