Our client, a prominent organization in the chemical industry, is seeking a Receptionist to provide front desk and administrative support on a contract basis. This position is ideal for a proactive, poised, and reliable professional with experience providing exceptional front desk and administrative support.
About the Job:
- Answer and route incoming calls, greeting visitors and buzzing in guests.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail/packages, including FedEx and UPS.
- Monitor and order office supplies to ensure inventory is maintained.
- Provide light administrative support as assigned.
- Maintain a professional, welcoming, and organized reception area.
About You
- Prior front desk, reception, or administrative support experience preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable with multitasking and maintaining professionalism in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented.
- Proficient with office technology (phones, email, MS Office).
This contracted role is expected to last through March 2025, and offers up to $25.00/hr based on experience. With a schedule of M-F 8:30-5:00 with a half hour lunch, this role is ideal for an organized, eager, and customer-oriented professional ready to jump in. This position is based in Ringoes, NJ.
