Our client, a global investment management firm, is seeking a Business Support Administrator. They are seeking an individual who is tech-savvy, has strong prioritization and organizational skills, and who is detail-oriented. The hours are 8:30am-5:30pm with flexibility as needed and is onsite, 5 days per week in Manhattan.
Responsibilities:
* Provide administrative support to investment professionals, including scheduling meetings, booking conference rooms, and coordinating logistics
* Arrange international and domestic travel and process expenses
* Coordinate interviews, candidate travel, and Equity Capital Markets meetings for the firm
* Handle a high volume of requests and emails while prioritizing competing deadlines
* Assist with special projects, file organization, archiving, and preparing pre-meeting materials
Qualifications:
* 2-4+ years of administrative or EA experience within professional services; bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
* Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; professional and service-oriented approach
* High attention to detail, resourceful, and able to take feedback well
* Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
