Our client, an law firm, is seeking a temporary Conference Coordinator to support their dynamic and very busy Events team in Richmond, VA for 3 months starting ASAP!
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate event logistics including A/V and room set-up, menu and décor selection, and collaborating with external vendors.
- Serve as the point-of-contact for clients, visitors, event attendees and internal staff.
- Responsible for in-person and virtual event scheduling using the firm’s resource scheduler.
- Create and track project timelines, providing administrative support and follow-up as needed.
Qualifications:
- Previous event coordination and administration support experience is required.
- A professional services or law firm background is preferred.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
- Tech savvy with a capability to learn new systems.
Compensation/Benefits:
- $22/hr-$24/hr, DOE
- Temporary for 3 months, starting ASAP!
- Hours are 8:30am-5:00pm.
- 100% onsite in Richmond, VA.
