We are seeking an experienced Medical Office Manager to join a growing organization. This leadership role will be responsible for managing staff, overseeing daily operations, and ensuring the office runs efficiently and effectively.

What You’ll Do
Team Leadership & Development

Lead and support office staff, ensuring high performance and professional growth.

Manage scheduling, performance feedback, and HR responsibilities.

Host regular staff meetings to align the team on priorities and goals.
Financial & Business Operations

Oversee budgets, payroll, and accounts payable/receivable.

Monitor and improve operational workflows to maximize efficiency.

Negotiate contracts with vendors and service providers.

Analyze office metrics and financial reports to recommend improvements.
Client/Customer Experience & Workflow Management

Ensure smooth daily operations and a consistently positive client/customer experience.

Implement and refine office policies and procedures to streamline workflows.

Serve as a key point of contact for questions and concerns, resolving issues with professionalism.

Manage office technology platforms and ensure systems run effectively.
Regulatory & Compliance Oversight

What We’re Looking For

3+ years of management experience in an office, administrative, or operational setting.

Strong knowledge of compliance requirements and business processes.

Proven ability to lead teams, oversee financial operations, and drive organizational efficiency.
