Responsibilities:
- Manage incoming calls, handle mail, maintain office supplies, and perform general administrative duties to support daily operations.
- Create and send purchase orders to vendors; verify deliveries and update inventory records accordingly.
- Enter customer orders and packing information into ERP systems with a focus on accuracy and completeness.
- Match vendor invoices with packing slips and internal system records to verify pricing and inventory accuracy.
- Coordinate with internal teams or locations to support logistics and ensure timely fulfillment of customer needs.
Requirements:
- 3 or more years of office based experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite applications
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multi task and operate in a fast-paced environment
