Administrative Assistant
(ONSITE – Downtown Dallas | Full-Time | Monday – Friday | 8am – 5pm)

Position Overview:
We are looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to provide essential support to daily office operations. This individual will help ensure workflows run smoothly by managing schedules, communications, and general administrative needs. The right candidate will be organized, professional, and able to balance multiple priorities effectively.
Key Responsibilities:

Welcome visitors and oversee reception area activities

Answer and route incoming calls and emails

Manage calendars, coordinate travel, and arrange meetings

Draft, edit, and prepare documents, reports, and presentations

Maintain filing systems and perform accurate data entry

Assist with expense reports, invoices, and ordering office supplies

Help organize team events and company meetings

Provide direct administrative support to leadership as required
Qualifications:
-
Minimum of 2 years of administrative or office support experience preferred

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Highly organized with strong attention to detail

Skilled in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)

Positive, professional, and team-oriented approach
-
Previous experience in investment, real estate, or professional services is a plus
