Beacon Hill is seeking a Sales Coordinator to support our sales team within our temporary division. This role will be in office 5 days/week with occasional flexibility. Hours are 8:00am – 5:00pm with a 30-minute lunch break. This is a stellar opportunity for someone looking to grow their administrative skillset as part of a successful team or someone who may be interested in a sales-based opportunity down the line.
Responsibilities:
- Support sales team with administrative tasks including adding meeting notes to system, submitting candidates to ATS systems, writing job descriptions, creating interview details for candidates, scheduling interviews, and using our internal system to create job orders and placements
- Handle reporting for the team as needed
- Assist with sending holiday cards to clients
- Assist with running background checks
- Create and prepare “lead lists” for sales team
- Work alongside payroll team and clients to ensure smooth processing each week
- Attend calls with client and sales team to take notes
Qualifications:
- Strong written/verbal communication skills
- High level of attention to detail
- Previous experience supporting a fast-paced team
- No task is too small mentality – willingness to jump in and help with one off asks as needed!
Compensation:
- 65-70K
