Our client, a leading investment firm, is seeking an Executive Assistant to join their organization. They are looking for an individual that is well-organized, has strong communication skills, and can multitask in a fast-paced environment. The hours are 8/8:30am – 5/5:30pm with accessibility on email after hours. This role is onsite, 5 days a week in Manhattan.
Responsibilities:
* Provide seamless support to senior executives, managing calendars, meetings, and priorities
* Coordinate complex and frequently changing schedules and travel arrangements
* Serve as a trusted gatekeeper, managing confidential information with discretion
* Anticipate executives’ needs and proactively resolve issues or obstacles
* Prepare correspondence, presentations, and expense reports with accuracy and timeliness
* Act as a solutions-oriented partner who ensures executives’ time is optimized
Job Requirements:
* Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred
* 5-7+ years of Executive Assistant experience in a reputable organization
* Strong instincts, judgment, and ability to maintain confidentiality
* Skilled at managing shifting priorities and ever-changing schedules
* High attention to detail with excellent organizational skills
* Experience with Amex Travel and Concur strongly preferred
