Our client, an outsourced investment office, is seeking an Administrative/Executive Assistant to join their team. The hours are 9am-5:30/6pm with some overtime needed, and this role is onsite five days per week at their office in Manhattan.
Responsibilities:
* Provide administrative support to a Partner, MD, and Senior Principal, while assisting others in the office as needed
* Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and handle travel coordination (domestic and international)
* Process expense reports and ensure timely, accurate submissions
* Welcome and coordinate with visitors, clients, and internal teams; share in reception and operational duties
* Support office operations including meeting preparation, catering, and maintaining supplies and workspace
* Assist with projects, presentations, events, and other ad hoc administrative needs
Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred
* 5+ years of EA experience, ideally within professional services
* Strong organizational and multitasking skills with excellent attention to detail
* Professional maturity, interpersonal confidence, and ability to engage senior leaders
* Proven judgment with discretion handling confidential information
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
* Warm, direct communicator with a service-oriented mindset
