Our client, a well-known educational institution in Philadelphia, is seeking a Part-Time Receptionist to join their team on a temporary basis. The ideal candidate will be customer service-oriented and have proven experience in administrative support.
Schedule: Monday-Wednesday, 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM
About the Job:
- Greet and assist callers by answering general inquiries from prospective students, current students, and members of the public; route calls to the appropriate departments when necessary.
- Screen and direct incoming phone traffic to the appropriate Info Center staff or campus offices.
- Deliver friendly, responsive service by actively listening, clarifying information, and ensuring accurate communication.
- Handle inquiries with professionalism and courtesy, contributing to a welcoming and supportive environment.
- Uphold a respectful and inclusive atmosphere for individuals of all backgrounds and identities.
About You:
- High school diploma or equivalent (e.g., GED) is required.
- Minimum of one (1) year of experience in a customer service or administrative support role.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Comfortable learning and using office phone systems and basic computer applications.
Our client is seeking a candidate who can accommodate the designated schedule while delivering exceptional service.
