Our client, a leading real estate organization, is seeking an Executive/Personal Assistant to the Co-Chair of the company. They are looking for an individual who has strong organizational and multitasking skills and communicates effectively while operating in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment. The hours are likely standard business hours, with some flexibility as needed, and is fully remote.
Responsibilities:
* Provide comprehensive executive and personal support to the Co-Chair, spouse, and child, including calendar, travel, and household coordination
* Manage family finances: bill payments, credit card reconciliations, donations, and financial reporting in partnership with tax and accounting teams
* Liaise with insurance, medical, and school contacts to maintain accurate records, ensure compliance, and handle claims or forms as needed
* Oversee and support household staff, including scheduling, payroll approvals, recruiting, and onboarding
* Coordinate family travel and transportation logistics, including itineraries, drivers, and vehicle management
* Assist with events, personal errands, household purchasing, tech troubleshooting, and special projects as requested
Qualifications:
* 3+ years of experience as a Personal or Executive Assistant; UHNW family support experience strongly preferred
* Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and discretion in handling sensitive matters
* High emotional intelligence, adaptability, and ability to work in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment
* Proficiency with Google Drive, iCloud, and Microsoft Office Suite
* Bachelor’s degree preferred
Compensation/Benefits:
* Up to $110,000 base salary + discretionary bonus + paid overtime
