Our client, a prominent healthcare organization in Center City, is seeking a contracted Client Benefits Analyst to join their team! This analyst is responsible for accurately setting up and maintaining client accounts within the group setup and benefits administration systems. This includes processing new sales, renewal changes, cancellations, and ongoing account maintenance. The Analyst also investigates and resolves client setup issues while partnering with internal teams and external vendors to ensure accuracy and compliance.
About the Job:
- Set up client groups in benefits administration systems (medical, pharmacy, dental, and vision).
- Communicate with Sales and Brokers to confirm client benefit selections and execute system setup.
- Review customer records for accuracy, correct data entry errors, and resolve operational issues.
- Ensure compliance with underwriting guidelines, confirm rate quotes, and determine if further underwriting is required.
- Process new client onboarding, renewal changes, cancellations, and account maintenance.
- Investigate and resolve client and pharmacy setup issues, ensuring timely member access to care.
- Identify trends, educate customers, and escalate issues when required.
About You:
- Associate degree required; Bachelor’s degree preferred, or 2+ years of relevant experience.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work with all levels of management and external clients.
- Technical proficiency with Microsoft Office and the ability to learn proprietary/vendor systems.
This contract position follows a hybrid schedule, and offers an hourly rate of $30.00.
