Starting pay: $21/hr+ DOE
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain weekly project profit and loss (P&L) reports.
- Accurately code fuel charges, timesheets, materials, subcontractor/vendor invoices, and expense reports.
- Submit project billing to Accounts Receivable to ensure timely client invoicing.
- Track project costs to monitor profitability and identify variances.
- Assist in creating and maintaining red-line/as-built drawings from project progress reports.
- Coordinate and track required project permits, following up with vendors and stakeholders as needed.
- Provide administrative and organizational support to the project management and construction teams.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in project coordination, project accounting, or a related role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel and Outlook required).
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, with experience creating red-line or as-built drawings preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
