Our client, a premier law firm, is seeking a detail-oriented Office Attendant for a temporary assignment. This role is perfect for someone with strong office support and facilities experience who can help maintain a professional, well-organized environment.
What You’ll Do:
* Oversee daily office maintenance and sanitization to ensure a clean and safe workplace
* Provide facilities support, including troubleshooting copier/equipment issues
* Manage mail and courier logistics, as well as supply and inventory management
* Support meetings and events, including room setups and refreshments (ServSafe certification a plus)
* Assist with administrative tasks, provide reception backup, and help HR with employee office setups
What We’re Looking For:
* 2+ years of office support experience preferred
* Proficiency in MS Outlook, Word, Excel, and Adobe PDF
* Ability to lift boxes and work overtime as needed
* Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a professional, customer-service mindset
About the Position:
* Type: Temporary assignment – November through May
* Schedule: Onsite, core hours 8:30am-4:30pm
* Location: Farragut/Dupont Metro area, Washington, DC
* Compensation: $25/hr – $29/hr (depending on experience)
* Interviews: To be conducted during the last two weeks of October
