This temporary Administrative Assistant role offers $28/hr, full-time 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM hours, and is based primarily onsite in Methuen, MA (with occasional days in Lawrence, MA). The position is with a well-established private, non-profit community hospital. The role will provide short-term support (1-2 months) to the HR department during a busy period of open enrollment and HRIS implementation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support HRIS implementation through data entry and administrative tasks
- Assist with open enrollment activities
- Provide administrative support to HR Business Partners and Employee & Labor Relations team
- Help with onboarding to ensure a smooth process for new hires
- Perform general clerical and support tasks for day-to-day HR operations
Qualifications:
- Prior administrative or HR support experience preferred; entry-level candidates considered
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Effective communication skills with the ability to work across all levels of the organization
