High-end architecture firm is seeking to hire a highly organized, resourceful, and polished Temp-to-Perm Executive/Personal Assistant to support Principal. This role is central to ensuring his business and personal affairs run seamlessly. The EA/PA will manage day-to-day business coordination-including calendar management, scheduling, correspondence, and travel-as well as oversee aspects of the household staff and personal projects.
The ideal candidate will bring prior experience supporting high-net-worth individuals, strong organizational and communication skills, and a proactive mindset. This is a critical support position-someone who thrives as the Principal’s right hand and trusted extension.
Pays 150-175K DOE.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage complex business and personal calendars, appointments, travel arrangements, and correspondence.
- Serve as the Principal’s professional representative in all communications, maintaining discretion and polish.
- Oversee and liaise with household staff (housekeeper, house manager, etc.), ensuring accountability, project tracking, and quality of work.
- Anticipate needs and follow through on tasks-providing updates on open items without requiring reminders.
- Handle personal tasks such as gift shopping, special projects, and household coordination with a high level of taste and discretion.
- Identify opportunities to improve systems and efficiencies, leveraging technology and AI tools where beneficial.
- Maintain organization and order in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment where priorities may shift quickly.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience supporting HNW individuals, executives, or principals is required.
- Minimum of 3+ years in an EA/PA or similar support role (flexible for the right candidate).
- Tech-savvy and resourceful, comfortable using AI and exploring new digital tools.
- Polished, presentable, and adaptable in a “trendy business casual” office environment.
- Worldly and culturally aware; multilingual skills are a plus.
- Demonstrated stability in work history; open to valid reasons for transition.
- Strong organizational and follow-through skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Open to constructive feedback, with a resilient and positive mindset.
