Responsibilities:

Coordinate vendors, catering, and logistics for company events

Manage calendars, scheduling, and general administrative tasks

Partner with leadership to ensure smooth daily operations
Qualifications:

3-5 years of administrative or EA experience

Strong organizational and multitasking skills

Professional, polished, and detail-oriented

Go-getter attitude with ability to work in a fast-paced, high-urgency environment
