Customer Service Trainer (Part-Time, Temp)
$29/hr+ DOE | Fully Onsite + Travel (up to 20%) | Part-Time | Temporary
We are seeking a Customer Service Trainer to support and develop customer service team members. This role focuses on professional etiquette, customer interaction standards, and technical training where needed.
Responsibilities:

Deliver engaging in-person and virtual training sessions

Coach and evaluate employee performance

Collaborate with leadership to shape training programs

Travel up to 20% to multiple service sites
Qualifications:

Experience in customer service training, coaching, or instruction

Strong communication and facilitation skills

Ability to adapt to diverse learning needs

Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred
