Our client, a premiere professional association, is seeking a Sr. Employee Relations & Performance Specialist to join their team based in Alexandria, VA!
Responsibilities:
- Serve as a strategic partner to leaders and employees across the organization.
- Develop and implement strategies to strengthen employee experience.
- Handle employee relations matters, providing counsel on workplace issues, conflict resolution, and compliance.
- Conduct investigations with discretion, ensuring thorough documentation and consistency with organizational policy and values.
- Design and execute performance management initiatives, partnering with leaders to align expectations with strategic objectives.
- Deliver learning and development initiatives to empower employees and strengthen leadership.
Qualifications:
- 6-8+ years of progressive HR experience required, with an emphasis on employee relations, performance management, and talent development.
- A bachelor’s degree is required for this role; a master’s degree is preferred.
- Ability to advise leaders and navigate sensitive situations with discretion.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to adapt and lead through change and ambiguity.
About the Role:
- Salary range of $95K-$110K (DOE) with an annual bonus structure.
