We’re looking for an experienced Recruiter to join our team on a contract basis to support high-volume hiring for field-based roles. The ideal candidate is hands-on, organized, and comfortable managing a high-volume full recruiting desk from intake through offer.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage high-volume requisitions for field-based positions.
- Source, screen, and qualify candidates through multiple channels.
- Coordinate and manage a full interview schedule, including virtual and onsite interviews.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and provide regular updates.
- Ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Track and update candidate activity in the ATS.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience recruiting for high-volume needs, ideally from a staffing firm or recruiting for field employees.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple openings and priorities.
- Experience managing interview scheduling and logistics across multiple stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and follow-up skills.
- Ability to work independently and hit the ground running in a fast-paced environment.
Contract Details:
- 2-month contract.
- One day onsite in the West Loop.
- Competitive hourly rate; no conversion to permanent anticipated.
