Our client, an interior design company is seeking a temporary to permanent Office Manager to oversee daily operations and foster a professional environment in their corporate office located in Washington, DC!
About the Job:
* Manage office operations, the reception area, and general administrative duties.
* Handle office supplies, maintenance orders, maintain equipment.
* Liaise with vendors and contractors while maintaining relationships.
* Support travel and meeting coordination.
* Complete additional tasks/special projects as needed.
About You:
* 5+ years of strong administrative experience are required out of a corporate or professional services enviornment.
* A bachelor’s degree is preferred.
* Familiarity with interior design is a plus!
* Strong skills in MS Office Suite and other office management software.
* Able to communicate across levels and adapt to shifting priorities.
About the Position:
* Pays $32/hr-$34/hr, depending on experience.
* Temporary to permanent position.
* Converts to a salary of $70k-$75k, if permanent.
* Hours are 9:00am-5:00pm.
* 100% onsite in Washington, DC.
* Paid parking onsite.
