Our client, a prominent healthcare organization in Bala Cynwyd, is seeking a Contract Staffing Coordinator to support new hires. Serving as the primary point of contact, this role ensures compliance with all onboarding requirements while providing an excellent new hire experience. The Staffing Coordinator will work closely with applicants, new hires, and internal partners to keep the process moving smoothly and on schedule.
About the Job
- Serve as the main contact for new hires, guiding them through each step of onboarding.
- Conduct welcome calls and schedule appointments.
- Initiate and track background investigations, including drug screens, education, employment, and credential verifications.
- Maintain accurate new hire files and ensure compliance with state and organizational standards.
- Coordinate orientation schedules and confirm enrollment in training systems.
- Support HR operations by auditing files, generating reports, and assisting with communication.
About You
- 1+ year of experience in Human Resources, onboarding, or related administrative support – internships count!
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively across diverse groups.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with HRIS/HCM systems preferred.
- Detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to manage multiple priorities.
- High school diploma or equivalent required
This contract position is expected to last roughly three months, with hourly compensation up to 24/hour.
