Customer Service Representative
12-Month Contract
$18/hr+ DOE
Fully Onsite
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative who is responsible for providing professional, knowledgeable communication across phone, email, and fax channels to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and brand loyalty.
Responsibilities:

Update customer accounts with accurate information and call notes

Provide direction and solutions for account issues, billing, and payment methods

Act as a liaison between customers and corporate departments to resolve requests

Handle customer service inquiries via phone, email, and fax, including document fulfillment

Research and resolve title exceptions (e.g., state transfers, name changes, lease-to-loan conversions)

Support escalated customer inquiries such as titles, billing, and tax matters
Qualifications:

High School Diploma/GED required; Bachelor’s preferred

Strong customer service and communication skills
-
Detail-oriented with critical thinking and problem-solving ability

Automotive titling experience a plus
-
Ability to work in a fast-paced, production-driven environment
