Our client, a global industrial and building materials company, is seeking an Executive Assistant, Finance Team in New York, NY. The hours are 8:30am – 5:30pm. This role follows a 4/1 hybrid schedule (four days in office, one remote) with flexibility to come in a fifth day as needed.
Responsibilities:
* Provide executive-level administrative support to four senior leaders within the Finance function, including the Chief Accounting Officer, VP Controller, Treasurer, and Head of Strategic Initiatives
* Manage complex calendars, coordinate meetings, and arrange domestic and international travel
* Prepare and process expense reports accurately and efficiently
* Serve as a liaison between executives and internal/external contacts with professionalism and discretion
* Anticipate needs and proactively manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
* Maintain confidentiality while fostering collaboration and efficiency across the Finance team
Job Requirements:
* Bachelor’s degree required
* 3-5+ years of executive assistant experience, ideally supporting multiple senior leaders
* Background in finance, corporate, or professional services environments preferred
* Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
* High level of professionalism, judgment, and attention to detail
* Proactive, adaptable, and able to thrive in a dynamic, team-oriented culture

* Up to $120K salary + paid overtime + annual bonus
