We’re seeking a sharp, motivated Junior Client Service Associate to join a high-performing wealth management team in Pittsburgh. This is an exciting opportunity to support a group of top advisors while learning the ins and outs of financial services operations.
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct administrative and operational support to a team of Financial Advisors and Associates
- Maintain accurate client records and data across multiple internal systems
- Process new client account forms, updates, and service requests
- Assist with preparation of client portfolio materials, quarterly reports, and presentation decks
- Handle document management and basic office functions including scheduling, filing, and phone coverage
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office
- High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a proactive mindset
- Team-oriented with a positive attitude and willingness to learn new systems and processes
- Strong sense of confidentiality and discretion
- Interest in pursuing the Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) exam a plus (not required)
