Our client is seeking a temporary Facilities Coordinator to support their team and contribute to a high-visibility corporate account!
About the Job:
- Assist with managing the maintenance system and ensure upkeep of work orders.
- Support process-oriented tasks such as site closures, walkthroughs, and turnovers.
- Track and monitor utility sites and storm events.
- Act as a liaison to support services.
- Additional responsibilities as assigned.
About You:
- 2+ years of facilities and client-facing experience are required.
- A bachelor’s degree is preferred; A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Strong MS Office Suite and Google Suite skills.
- Customer service oriented with high professionalism.
About the Position:
- $20/hr-$21/hr, depending on experience.
- Converts to a salary of up to $55k if permanent.
- Hours are 8:00am-5:00pm.
- Hybrid with 3 days/week on site in Richmond, VA.
