Our client, a waste collection company, is seeking a temporary-to-permanent Call Center Representative to provide support in Upper Marlboro, MD!
About the Job:
- Support customer calls, emails, and other requests.
- Assist with pickup scheduling, service changes, and prioritize resolving issues.
- Handle the communication of schedules, tracking of service, and documentation of job requirements.
- Review, process, and approve invoices.
- Complete additional tasks/special projects and provide support as needed.
About You:
- 1+ years of Call Center experience are required.
- Waste industry experience is a plus!
- Proficiency in MS Office with a technical savviness.
- Bilingual capabilities are a plus!
- Team player with a customer service mindset.
About the Position:
- Pays $22-$25/hr while temporary.
- Converts to a salary of up to $60K when permanent.
- Starting ASAP!
- 100% onsite in Upper Marlboro, MD.
- Free parking!
