Our client, a waste collection company, is seeking a temporary-to-permanent Dispatcher/Customer Service Representative to provide support in Upper Marlboro, MD!
About the Job:
* Support customer calls, emails, and other requests.
* Assist with pickup scheduling, service changes, and prioritize resolving issues.
* Handle the communication of schedules, tracking of service, and documentation of job requirements.
* Review, process, and approve invoices.
* Complete additional tasks/special projects and provide support as needed.
About You:
* 2+ years of customer service experience are required.
* Waste industry experience is a plus!
* Proficiency in MS Office with a technical savviness.
* Bilingual capabilities are a plus!
* Team player with a customer service mindset.
About the Position:
* Pays $22/hr-$25/hr while temporary.
* Converts between $55k-$60K DOE when permanent.
* Starting ASAP!
* Hours are 7am-4:30pm or 8:30am-5pm.
* 100% onsite in Upper Marlboro, MD.
* Free parking!
