We’re seeking a detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support our Safety, Training, and Claims teams. This role involves maintaining data accuracy, coordinating locate requests, and managing documentation for safety compliance and claims processing.
Key Responsibilities:

Enter and track locate requests and safety data in Excel and internal systems

Assist with claims documentation and submissions to third-party administrators

Provide general administrative support to Safety, Training, and Claims departments
What We’re Looking For:

Strong communication and organizational skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)

Ability to multitask, adapt, and work independently in a fast-paced environment
