Our client, a fast-growing communications technology company, is seeking an Executive Assistant to support their Sales team. The hours are 9:00am-5:00/6:00pm with a hybrid schedule (3 days in office in Manhattan, 2 days remote, flexible as needed).
Responsibilities:
* Provide high-level administrative support to the Sales team, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and travel planning
* Manage and prioritize internal and external scheduling requests
* Prepare materials for meetings, presentations, and reports
* Serve as a liaison between the Sales team and internal departments
* Assist with occasional personal tasks, event coordination, and team support
* Adapt to changing priorities and drive efficiencies across administrative processes
Job Requirements:
* 2+ years of relevant administrative experience, ideally in a corporate or high-growth environment
* Prior support experience with a sales team or client-facing executives strongly preferred
* Strong communication, organizational skills, and high emotional intelligence
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle changing priorities
* No degree required
