Our client, a mission-driven and well-established nonprofit organization in the Greater Philadelphia area, is seeking an HR Generalist to join their collaborative, high-performing team on a temporary basis. This role is ideal for a polished HR professional with strong experience in HRIS systems, payroll, and employee data management. The successful candidate will thrive in a team-oriented environment and have a proven ability to manage HR operations with accuracy, confidentiality, and professionalism.
About the Job:
- Enter and maintain employee data in HRIS/Replicon systems (job changes, promotions, offboarding).
- Partner with the Fiscal Department to ensure accurate payroll-related data entry.
- Track licenses, certifications, and review dates; schedule performance review alerts.
- Generate HR reports and maintain dashboards using ADP and other tools.
- Prepare offer letters, promotions, and termination documents; assist with offboarding.
About You:
- 3+ years of HR experience; associate’s degree required.
- Proficient in ADP Workforce Now, HRIS platforms, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organizational skills with a high level of attention to detail.
- Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Excellent written and verbal communication; collaborative team player.
This is a contract position paying up to $26 per hour, based on experience, and requires the individual to be onsite five days a week in Philadelphia.
