Our Client, a private university in Waltham, MA, is seeking a Temporary Operations Coordinator within the Operations team in their Admissions Office. The onsite position offers 35 hours per week (Monday – Friday, 8:30PM – 4:30PM) for approximately 6 weeks with a start date of October 27th. They are compensating $27.45/hr with free parking and access to the purple line commuter rail.
Job duties:
- Match incoming application materials with student records in Slate CRM.
- Ensure student files are complete and ready for review by admissions officers, conducting outreach and follow-up to applicants as necessary.
- Provide professional and timely customer service via email, phone, and SMS to prospective students, families, and school counselors.
- Consolidate duplicate records in Slate CRM.
- Ensure that contact cards and other student leads received by counseling staff are entered into the CRM in a timely and accurate manner.
- Other general office and administrative duties as assigned.
