Our client, an association, is seeking a temporary to permanent People and Culture Specialist to foster an engaged, inclusive, and high-performing workplace at their Washington, DC office!
About the Job:
- Support culture initiatives and analyze feedback in order to enhance workplace culture and experience.
- Assist with talent acquisition, onboarding, and training, while ensuring fair and inclusive hiring practices.
- Manage documentation on the HRIS and SharePoint. Ensure files are organized and maintained based on the retention plan.
- Provide support for the Director for open enrollment and monthly benefit payments.
- Perform additional tasks to contribute to the culture and productivity of the workplace as required.
About You:
- 4+ years of strong human resource generalist or people operations experience.
- SHRM-CP or other certifications are preferred.
- Knowledge of Paycom and other HRIS with a technical savviness is highly desired.
- Strong interpersonal skills with an eye for detail and ability to effectively multitask and prioritize.
About the Position:
- Pays $36/hr-$40/hr
- Temporary to permanent position.
- If converted to permanent, $75k-$85k.
- Hours are 9am-5:30pm.
- Hybrid with 3 days/week on site in Washington, DC.
