Our client, a global private equity firm, is seeking an Executive Assistant to support the Investor Relations team. They’re looking for an individual who has an eye for detail, who can stay organized and prioritize properly, and who will get excited about offering their own ideas, suggestions, and insights to assist the team. The hours are 8am-5pm with flexibility as needed. This role follows a hybrid schedule with 3 days in office a week in Manhattan, and 2 remote days (will need to potentially flex to 4 days in office 1 remote occasionally depending on the needs of the team).
Responsibilities:
* Provide executive-level administrative support to three senior executives within the Investor Relations team
* Manage complex calendars, coordinate meetings, and arrange domestic and international travel
* Serve as the primary point of contact for investors and internal stakeholders, ensuring a polished and professional experience
* Prepare meeting materials and maintain data within specific databases
- Assist with event coordination, including diligence days and annual meetings
* Collaborate with other Executive Assistants and provide back-up support as needed
Job Requirements:
* Bachelor’s degree required
* 5-10+ years of administrative experience, ideally in finance or professional services
* Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
* Strong written and verbal communication with professional client-facing presence
* High level of discretion and ability to manage confidential information
* Proactive, resourceful, and adept at managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
