Growing construction company in search of an Office Manager to join their growing team. Searching for an individual with prior office management experience within the construction or manufacturing field, and prior experience managing direct reports. Responsibilities:
– Assist project managers in their day-to-day project management responsibilities
– Handle new hire set-up for office and warehouse staff
– Conduct interviews for office administrative support staff
– Maintain office phone and voicemail systems
– Maintenance and distribution of weekly and monthly reports
– Prepare and submit expense reports
– Act as the point of contact for vendors
Requirements:
– Prior experience working as a senior administrative assistant or office manager in a construction or manufacturing environment
– Microsoft Office Suite proficiency
– Experience with project management, estimating, and quoting a plus
– Prior managerial experience strongly preferred
