Our client, a top private equity firm based in Midtown, Manhattan is seeking a Temporary to Permanent Assistant to support their credit team. Hours are 9:00am-5:00/5:30pm with limited OT. This position is 5 days onsite but offers a yearly bank of WFH days.
Responsibilities:
- Heavy calendar management
- Answering phonelines
- Coordinating travel
- Processing and submitting expense reports
- Preparing correspondence
- Filing and scanning documents
Qualifications:
- 2 + years of Executive Assistant experience supporting a team in a fast-paced environment
- Upbeat and team player mentality
- Ability to roll-up your sleeves and pitch in wherever needed
- Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite
Compensation/Benefits:
- 90-100K base; discretionary bonus eligible
