Our client, a well-established insurance company, is seeking a full-time Office Automation Specialist. This onsite role is located in Hartford, CT, offers Monday-Friday hours (40 hrs/week), and runs through March. The position pays $20/hr. Key Responsibilities:
- Process W-9 forms in the tax database with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Sort, scan, and manage paper and digital mail received in shared inboxes.
- Log voicemails into Excel templates.
- Assist with various reports, primarily Excel-based.
- Utilize multiple software programs, including desktop publishing, spreadsheets, word processing, and presentation graphics.
- Support projects with strong organizational and communication skills.
Candidate Qualifications:
- Experience in administrative support or data entry roles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other office software.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
