A Co-Op Housing Community located in Chelsea, Manhattan is seeking to hire a Temporary (possible temp-to-perm) Receptionist to add to their administrative team of 7. This position will start Thursday October 16th and will require 5 days a week on-site from 9am-5pm with 1-hour lunch break. Once permanent, this role will become a part of the Union which offers a robust benefits package. Ideal candidate has great customer service skills and the ability to remain cool and collected at all times.
Responsibilities:
- Answer the mainline phone and direct calls accordingly
- Act as the first point of contact upon resident/guest entry
- Assist with resident inquires and problem solve as needed
Qualifications:
- Some experience in customer-service
- Customer-first and solution-oriented mindset
- No task too big or small mentality, positive attitude and someone who takes pride in their work
- Highly organized with great written and verbal communication skills
Compensation/Benefits:
- 48-50K + Union benefits
