Our client, a reputable University in Boston, MA is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented individual to join our Student Health Service Insurance Department for a temporary, onsite role. This position is ideal for someone with strong data entry and customer service skills who is comfortable working in a fast-paced administrative environment.
Position Details:
- Location: Onsite in Boston, MA
- Hours: Monday to Friday, 6 hours/day (30 hours/week)
- Duration: 3 months
- Compensation: $18/hour
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with daily and monthly insurance billing processes
- Respond to inquiries via phone and email regarding the Student Health Insurance Plan
- Monitor and manage the department’s email inbox
- Provide accurate information and support to students about insurance coverage
- Follow up on insurance claims and related documentation
- Maintain accurate records and ensure timely communication with relevant parties
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in data entry and customer service required
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Comfortable handling confidential information
- Proficiency with email systems and basic office software
