Our client, a commercial real estate firm, is seeking a Part-Time Administrative Assistant. This temporary position offers a great work environment with free parking.
About the Role:

Support office operations by scanning and entering invoices into Avid.

File, organize, and maintain paper and digital records.

Prepare and send mailings to tenants and vendors.

Process bill backs for tenants and assist with light accounting tasks.

Deposit checks and maintain accurate financial records.
About You:

Previous administrative experience is required.

Experience with MRI software preferred.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Comfortable handling numbers and light accounting duties.
About the Position:
- 20-25 hours a week for atleast 6 months
- Tysons corner
- Onsite 2-3 days a week
