Our client, an industry leader in the Food and Beverage manufacturing sector, is seeking their next Administrative Coordinator to join the team at their Saddle Brook, NJ location. They are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented professional to become a key member of their dynamic office team. Fluency in Spanish is required for this position.
About You:
- Bilingual in Spanish is required for this role
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field preferred
- Internship or co-op experience in an office, operations, or administrative support environment preferred
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
About the Job:
- Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to ensure smooth office functioning
- Manage schedules, coordinate meetings, and assist with travel arrangements and logistics
- Prepare and maintain documents, reports, and correspondence with accuracy and professionalism
- Support data entry, filing, and recordkeeping systems
- Assist with vendor communication, supply ordering, and invoice processing
- Respond to internal and external inquiries with a high level of customer service
- Help organize company meetings, events, and team initiatives
- Maintain databases and tracking systems with accuracy and confidentiality
