Our client, a media company located downtown, is hiring a temporary Customer Service Manager to maintain day-to-day support operations while they search for a full-time hire. This hands-on role requires proven experience with Zendesk and involves managing subscriber inquiries, troubleshooting digital subscription issues, and keeping support workflows on track. Ideal candidates have 2+ years of customer service experience, preferably with digital subscriptions, excellent written communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Schedule is 9am-5pm, Monday-Friday, and they need someone to start this week.
