Our client, a growing private equity firm, is seeking an Executive/Personal Assistant to the CEO to join their company. They’re looking for an individual who can remain organized and adapt in a fast-paced environment, with strong prioritization and communication skills. The hours are 8:30am-5:30/6pm, with flexibility to monitor emails after hours and on weekends for travel or calendar changes. This role is onsite, 5 days per week in Manhattan.
Responsibilities:
* Provide high-level administrative and personal support to the CEO, managing both professional and private matters with discretion.
* Oversee complex calendar management, travel coordination (domestic and international), and logistics across time zones.
* Serve as a trusted liaison between the CEO, internal staff, investors, and external stakeholders.
* Plan and manage family and personal travel, appointments, and special events with precision and confidentiality.
* Prepare meeting materials, correspondence, and briefing documents; ensure seamless follow-ups and execution.
* Anticipate needs, resolve challenges proactively, and uphold the highest standard of professionalism and judgment.
Job Requirements:
* 10+ years of executive support experience, ideally within financial services or professional services.
* Proven experience handling complex business and personal travel logistics, including private aviation.
* Exceptional organizational and communication skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
* Strong judgment, emotional intelligence, and adaptability in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Concur, and Salesforce.
* Bachelor’s degree preferred; polished presentation, proactive mindset, and high discretion required.
Compensation/Benefits:
* Up to $150K base salary, plus discretionary bonus.
