Our client, a national professional association, is seeking a Member Services Coordinator professional to join their team in Alexandria, VA! About the Job:
- Serve as a key point of contact for members, providing professional, courteous assistance by phone and email.
- Respond to and resolve member inquiries, ensuring timely and accurate follow-up.
- Update and maintain member records in the organization’s database.
- Assist with login issues, account questions, and other member-related requests.
- Conduct online research to verify and update member information.
- Provide general administrative support and assist with special projects as needed.
About You:
- 2-3 years of customer service or member support experience, preferably in a nonprofit or association environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfortable working with multiple software systems and databases.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and able to learn new systems quickly.
- Collaborative team player with a positive attitude and strong problem-solving skills.
- Preferred experience with iMis or FreshDesk.
About the Position:
- Pay: $23-$25/hour, depending on experience.
- Hours: 9:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.
- Schedule: Hybrid in Alexandria, VA
- Duration: Temporary position lasting 6-12 months with potential to convert to permanent.
