Our client, a growing company with an on office in Columbia, MD, is looking for a Marketing Director to spearhead all digital marketing initiatives!
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic campaigns across all digital marketing channels.
- Forecast and manage the digital marketing budget.
- Lead and motivate a team of digital marketing professionals to achieve goals.
- Collaborate across departments to ensure timely deliverables and brand voice alignment.
- Maximize and streamline all digital marketing processes to generate more leads.
- Analyze campaign performance data to make informed strategic changes and achieve higher campaign ROI.
Qualifications:
- 8+ years of progressive digital marketing and team amangement experience required.
- A bachelor’s degree is required for this role.
- Proven ability to create impactful campaigns and manage multiple platforms concurrently.
- Excellent written communication and technical skills.
About the Role:
- Salary range of $150K+ (DOE) with annual bonus potential.
