Our client is seeking a highly organized Special Assistant to support the President of a mission-driven philanthropic organization in Boston. This 12-month contract has strong potential to extend or become permanent, starting mid-November, and is fully onsite. The role involves managing a complex executive calendar, coordinating travel and meetings, preparing materials, and serving as a liaison with internal staff and external stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of C-suite or executive support experience, strong project management and communication skills, and the ability to navigate multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Additional responsibilities include leading special projects, assisting with events, handling confidential information, and supporting other administrative functions as needed. A bachelor’s degree is expected, technical proficiency in Microsoft Office and meeting platforms is required, and flexibility to adapt to the President’s schedule is essential.
