Our client, a fast-growing leader in the construction industry based in Chester, PA, is seeking their next Director of Corporate Recruiting to join the team. This role will primarily oversee the Corporate Recruiting function, driving team performance, process improvements, and innovation across all corporate hiring efforts.

- Proven experience leading recruiting teams in high-growth or high-volume environments
- Strong background in building or enhancing recruitment infrastructure, tools, and processes
- Track record of managing diverse teams with varying levels of experience
- Strategic mindset with the ability to implement scalable, long-term talent solutions
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, people-driven organization
About the Job:
- Lead and develop a team of seven corporate recruiters, including managers and early-career staff
- Define and implement KPIs to measure team performance and hiring effectiveness
- Improve and scale recruiting processes and technologies to support company growth
- Collaborate with senior leadership to forecast and fulfill corporate hiring needs
- Drive innovation and continuous improvement across the corporate talent acquisition function
Our client is undergoing rapid national expansion and is seeking a candidate who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a proven track record of revamping recruiting best practices. This is a full-time, onsite position based in Chester, PA, offering up to $150,000 per year, depending on experience.
