A leading professional services firm in Boston is seeking a temporary office coordinator to join their team for a 3+ month onsite assignment. This role’s schedule is Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-4:00 PM, with an hourly rate of $23/hr. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for employees, guests, and vendors, ensuring a warm, organized, and professional front desk experience.
Job Responsibilities
- Greet and assist employees, visitors, and vendors with professionalism and warmth
- Coordinate interview logistics and arrivals with the Talent Acquisition team
- Enforce visitor security and compliance protocols
- Provide responsive front-desk support to staff inquiries
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of reception and meeting spaces
- Handle incoming/outgoing mail and coordinate deliveries for meetings and events
- Monitor and report office maintenance or supply needs
Candidate Qualifications
- Previous front desk or administrative experience in a professional office setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
- Reliable, punctual, and able to maintain confidentiality
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and comfortable using internal systems
