Our client, a financial service and fintech firm, is seeking two Administrative Assistant/Receptionists to join their team. The hours are 9am-5pm with flexibility for early or late meetings. This role is onsite, five days per week in Manhattan.
Responsibilities:
* Greet and assist visitors with professionalism, managing check-ins and security coordination
* Answer and direct calls and emails, ensuring timely and accurate communication
* Manage conference room scheduling, catering, and meeting logistics
* Support travel arrangements, expenses, and ad hoc administrative projects
* Maintain reception and office areas, manage supplies, and liaise with vendors
* Collaborate with office leadership to support events, culture initiatives, and facilities needs
Job Requirements:
* 3+ years of administrative or reception experience, ideally within fintech or financial services
* Bachelor’s degree highly preferred
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills; polished, professional, and approachable demeanor
* Adaptable and proactive team player with high emotional intelligence and “no task too small” mindset
* Experience coordinating travel through Concur a plus
* Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced, evolving environment
Compensation/Benefits:
